Coffee, larches, no rush.
Open the balcony door. Pour the espresso. Watch the Matterhorn change colour. Then head out — the lift is five minutes away.
A real mountain home for families. For four — up to five — with a heated garage and a balcony onto the Matterhorn. In a resort skiable 365 days a year.
Panoramic Apartment is a private apartment in Breuil-Cervinia, a five-minute walk from the Plateau Rosà cable car. One renovated bedroom, a living room with a three-seat sofa bed, a modern bathroom — and a balcony that opens straight onto the Matterhorn.
Radu lives here. He'll meet you at check-in, hand over the keys, and be a phone call away if you need anything — directions, the best fondue in town, a hand parking the car. He's not a hotel desk: he's a generous local who's been part of this place for years.
Lives in Cervinia year-round. Not a hotel concierge — just the kind of neighbour who knows everyone, helps you park in the heated garage, picks up the phone if you need a tip, a taxi, a restaurant. The reason most guests come back the year after.
Hotels mean fixed times, room service, and a single room for everyone. A home means dinner together, your own space, and going to bed when you want to.
Same balcony, two seasons. Larches turning gold in October, snow covering everything in December. The summit stays where it is — right in front of you.

A snapshot of how the apartment lives — from the first coffee on the balcony to dinner under the warm lamp.

Open the balcony door. Pour the espresso. Watch the Matterhorn change colour. Then head out — the lift is five minutes away.

Boots off. Walk-in shower with a rainfall head, then a nap in the oak-panelled bedroom while the kids take the sofa bed in the living room.

Full kitchen, dining table, a warm pendant light. Cooking pasta together is cheaper, slower, better than another restaurant queue.
The double bedroom was fully renovated: oak-clad walls, ambient LED, mirrored wardrobe, integrated nightstands and a smart TV with Netflix. Heavy curtains for the morning after a long ski day.
Renovated in oak and stone-effect tiles: dual rainfall shower, black stone countertop with integrated basin, backlit mirror, towel radiator. Towels and a basic kit are provided.
The living area keeps the original soul of the apartment: warm wood, a solid wooden bench that turns into a three-seat sofa bed, a dining table, a classic pendant light. The kitchen is full-size — dishwasher, hob, microwave, espresso machine, everything.
This is where the day ends: lights down, dinner plated, kids on the sofa, mountains right outside.
From bed linen to slippers. The apartment is set up so all you bring is your suitcase.
Cervinia is the only resort in the Alps where you can ski 365 days a year — winter on the full domain all the way to Zermatt, summer on the Plateau Rosà glacier. Plus hiking, e-biking, and slow afternoons by the lakes.

The location was great, the apartment was clean and the views were fantastic. What really made the trip was how great the host Radu was.
